Support Our Veterans

Each year, our family and Raymoore Heating and Cooling try to give back by donating a full HVAC installation to a veteran in need. This year, we have chosen Lucas Coffey and his family.

This one feels personal to me. I first knew of Lucas through his brother Steve. I had also met Lucas briefly before, but I learned more when we were called out to look at the heating and cooling system in his home.

Lucas is a veteran, a husband, and a father. His home’s HVAC system is from 1994, and it is well past its prime. We are working to replace the system for him and his family at no cost to them.

Raymoore Heating and Cooling is a family business. My son, Travis, and my daughter, Payge, both work alongside me, and this is something we are doing together as a family. We believe our business should be used for more than just making a living. When we have the ability to help a veteran family in need, we feel it is our responsibility to step up.

We are sharing this with Lucas’s approval because we believe stories like this are worth telling when they are told the right way. This is about honoring his service, supporting his family, and reminding people that good things can still bring a community together. With so much division in the country right now, we believe there are still some things that should bring people together. Honoring veterans, supporting families, and helping our neighbors should be some of those things. We love this country, and we appreciate the men and women who gave up a piece of their lives so the rest of us can enjoy the freedoms we have.

That kind of sacrifice deserves more than a thank you. Sometimes it means showing up, using the skills we have, and helping a family who deserves it. Lucas, thank you for your service. We are honored to be able to do this for you and your family.
