I’ve been using these guys for years now and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend them. I prefer to do business with locally owned businesses because I feel they put more effort into making things right. They don’t spend millions of dollars on advertising and have thousands of employees. When you use locally owned businesses you develop a relationship with the people that work there. They won’t let you down because they get to know you personally and they depend on your loyalty. Big companies won’t give you the same level of service. They only want to sell sell sell. Jeff kept my old AC unit going for two years before I finally had to replace it! B&W and Dial One wouldn’t even consider repairing the unit because they were only interested in selling me a whole new system. AC and furnace! The AC was 19 years old but the furnace was only 8 years old at the time! That is just not right! I’m not buying something I don’t need! Raymoore has done me right for many years now. How do you think the big companies spend millions on advertising? By selling people stuff they don’t need! Support local businesses people. You will be glad you did!
